ARTICLE 2 - ORDER

This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. In this case, the price will be calculated net of tax automatically on the invoice. Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refund and period of withdrawal
